Practical information

The apartment consists of a hallway, an open solution between the living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Please hang up your outer clothes and leave your shoes in the outer corridor. Outdoor shoes are not permitted in the apartment.

In the living room you will find a sofa. You will also find a dining area with room for four.

In the kitchen you will find the most necessary kitchen equipment. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, hob and combined fridge and freezer.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes and in the smallest bedroom you will find a double bed. The main bedroom has two separate beds that can be pushed together or apart. In the main bedroom you will also find a desk.

In the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, shower cubicle and combined washer and dryer. Please leave the washing machine door open.

You can turn on the underfloor heating on the outside of the door. Please turn of the underfloor heating when checking out.

The apartment is washed before check-in and after check-out. The beds must be made with clean bed linen and you will find clean towels in the apartment. 

Parking

Free parking is quite easy to find in the neighbourhood. You can for example park near the church.

Breaking the house rules

If any of the following house rules are substantially broken you will be evicted and checked out from the apartment immediately by our security team.

100% non smoking apartment

We are a 100% non-smoking facility.

No parties allowed

We do enforce a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all other guests. This means no loud music after 23.00

Many people use the building so we kindly ask you to respect your neighbours. 

Security

Outside the master bedroom window you will find a fire escape. The stairs must only be used in case of fire.

The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

You will also find a fire extinguisher in the hallway.
